Rohit is a young talented, passionate, and hard-working artist who was born in Shimla, India

He creates original works of art through a variety of mediums including acrylic, grains of rice, and oil paint.

His inspiration comes from other artists he admires and from Nature.

 “There is something magical in the creative process that makes me let go. Nature too, who better to combine shapes and colors with such diversity? Inexhaustible source of inspiration.”

 In some of his works, he applies color to illuminate the grain of rice, then sticking the grains onto the canvas, which is time-consuming, although he enjoys spending his time in that process.

He found inspiration in geometric works by established artists that have captivated him and then he was stimulated to make his own geometric paintings.

 His passion for art led him to read the journey of notable artists like Yayoi Kusama, Damien Hirst and Su Xiaobai among others, finding in their stories more inspiration for his work.

Now he dedicates himself entirely to art, working mainly with grains of rice in the place he has chosen to live in, the Himalayan Land Dharamshala.

El realiza originales obras utilizando una variedad de medios tales como acrílico, granos de arroz y óleo sobre lienzo.

Su inspiración viene de tanto de la observación de las obras de artistas a quienes admira como de la Naturaleza.

“Hay algo mágico en el proceso creativo que me permite dejarme llevar. La naturaleza también, ¿quién mejor para combinar formas y colores con tanta diversidad? Fuente inagotable de inspiración.”

En algunos de sus trabajos, él colorea los granos de arroz para iluminarlos, luego los pega sobre el lienzo, algo que le lleva bastante tiempo aunque Rohit disfruta de ese proceso también.

Rohit encuentra inspiración también en obras geométricas de reconocidos artistas, las cuales lo han cautivado y estimulado a realizar sus propias pinturas geométricas.

Su pasión por el arte lo llevó a leer el camino artístico de notables artistas como Yayoi Kusama, Damien Hirst y Su Xiaobai entre otros, encontrando en esas historias de vida mas inspiración para su propio trabajo.

Ahora él dedica toda su vida al arte, trabajando principalmente con granos de arroz y el lugar que ha elegido para vivir, Dharamshala, tierra del Himalaya.
